Made in partnership with Stores, our 4% fat Cornish Barista Whole Milk was created with award-winning baristas. This deliciously creamy whole milk comes fresh from Cornish family farms.
Made to complement of every cup, whether it’s a cappuccino, a latte or a flat white. Our barista milk comes from a mix of dairy herds: Brown Swiss, Friesian, Holsteins, and Jerseys, which creates a balance of fresh milk for consistent foam and a high butterfat content. Our Barista milk is homogenized and blended to provide consistent results each time.
About Cornish Dairy Co.: Our story began in the heart of Cornwall in 1976, when our founders Bill and Rachel Clarke started farming in the Glynn Valley. In 1994 the Clarke family began bottling milk after their children were in bed and delivering it at dawn. This business grew into Trewithen Dairy, which then evolved into Cornish Dairy Co., a name synonymous with quality, care and local Cornish products. Our mission is to craft dairy that connects people to Cornwall and to everyday moments that matter.
