Sipp'd Drinks - Winter Spiced Apple Juice (Limited Edition)

Our Winter Spiced Apple Juice starts with a carefully selected blend of locally grown apples. Bramley brings acidity, Cox adds its aromatic flavour and Gala provides natural sweetness, creating a balanced base that we infuse for over 24 hours with cloves, cinnamon and fresh orange zest.
Delicious chilled, but even better served warm, it makes a brilliant caffeine-free option for seasonal menus and an alcohol-free alternative to mulled wine. It can be warmed quickly using a coffee machine steam wand, kept warm in a tea urn or gently heated on the hob. For something a little more grown up, try adding a splash of brandy, rum or another dark spirit.
As always, our apples are sourced from local farms, pressed in-house and gently pasteurised to preserve their natural flavour.
