Meridian is a modern British apple variety, first introduced in the early 2000s. It produces a crisp, balanced juice with gentle sweetness and a clean, refreshing finish – a great all-rounder.

All of our juices are pressed in-house in small batches using locally sourced, wonky and excess apples, from farms in Essex and Kent. We press and then gently pasteurise each batch to preserve the natural flavour of the fruit and subtle differences between varieties. This also ensures that all of our bottles are shelf stable. Wach bottle should taste like biting into a fresh apple.
