We hand craft our soda, in small batches, using nothing but real limes and cardamom. After juicing and zesting literally hundreds of limes, we pair these up with plenty of cardamom and just enough unrefined cane sugar to add some sweetness. A little Essex sea salt keeps the bitterness under control, whilst accentuating the fruitiness and complex spice. Perfectly refreshing for the grown up palate.
Our soda's are made entirely from real natural ingredients, so you may see a small amount of sediment in your bottle. Be sure to gently invert the bottle and give it a little swirl to mix up all the extra flavour before opening, but remember, it's fizzy.
